Day 1–2: East Coast & Bay of Fires

Day 3: Chasing Waterfalls & Autumn Colours
Travel through Tasmania's heartland to the Liffey Falls. Known for its multi-tiered cascades and scenic beauty, this location offers ideal opportunities for waterfall photography. Stay in Launceston, providing access to many other beautiful spots for your lens.

You'll photograph the fagus (Australia’s only native deciduous tree) in its golden autumn hue, and explore the park's famous waterfalls and highland rainforests. With clear skies, you’ll also have a chance to try astrophotography at one of Australia’s most stunning dark-sky areas.

Explore Strahan and the Gordon River—remote, rugged, and full of photographic opportunities. From the pristine Huon Pine forests to the dramatic Nelson Falls, you’ll be immersed in Tasmania's wild beauty. The region’s rich history will add depth to your storytelling through photography.

Day 8: Hobart, Mount Field National Park & Tasman Peninsula
Your final two days will take you to Mount Field National Park to photograph its temperate rainforests, waterfalls, and lakes. On the last morning, you’ll capture the Tessellated Pavement on the Tasman Peninsula, a stunning natural formation sculpted by wind and sea.
